DEPOSIT AND REGISTRATION:
A non-refundable deposit will be defined for your tour. ITC- CLUB VACATIONS will need a copy of your passport to make the reservations.
FINAL PAYMENT:
70 Days before departure.
CANCELATIONS – PENALTIES:
In case of receiving cancellations, ITC – CLUB VACATIONS, INC., reserves the right to deduct expenses incurred for ITC – CLUB VACATIONS, INC., from the deposit amount required at the moment the passenger makes the reservations (Communications, administration expenses, etc.). All Cancellations have to be made by writing and directed to ITC – CLUB VACATIONS, INC., explaining the motives of the cancellation.
Deposits and payments for Airlines and/or Cruise Tickets are not refundable, notransferable. The following charges apply ONLY for the land portion based on the date is received the cancellation letter.
- 10% if a cancellation is made between 90 – 60 days before departure.
- 30% if cancellation is made between 59 – 45 days before departure.
- 50 % If cancellation is made between 44 – 31 days before departure.
- No Refund if cancellation is made 30 days before departure.
When the cancellation is due by ITC, either for lack of enough passengers in the tour, &/or pilgrimage, &/or cruise, &/or problems in the countries to be visited, &/or the priest, a full refund of the land portion will be made minus any penalty charged by 3rd party operators abroad involved in your tour.
